Concurrently, I serve as the Program Director of Training, Skills & Credentials at IBM, where my current focus revolves around Education Business Development and pioneering new Routes to Market to drive Product Adoption. My career journey has also afforded me substantial expertise in Transforming Organizations, Channel Management and Channel Development, coupled with the responsibility of managing the Profit & Loss (P&L) for a $50 million EMEA technical education business.

My professional background spans a diverse range of domains, including Technical Education, International/Global Transition Projects, Outsourcing, Insourcing, Software Solutions, Business Development, Sales, Marketing, and Management, both within startup environments and in global international roles. In tandem with my professional commitments, I am deeply immersed in research, exploring innovative aspects related to product adoption, technology acceptance, and eLearning. Additionally, I'm actively engaged in probing Net Promoter Score (NPS)-related questions, continually seeking new insights to advance our understanding in these areas.
